Updates regarding your Jira Product Discovery Subscription

For customers in beta
If you are still on the Beta, you'll need to move to the Free or Standard plans and setup your users with the role of creators and contributors so that you are only billed for creators. A complete guide on moving off the beta is here.
Partners can now purchase annual Jira Product Discovery subscriptions; with this update, we are ending beta and extended standard trials on May 31st, 2024. Please move to a monthly or yearly paid plan to avoid losing access to your Jira Product Discovery instance.
To purchase a Jira Product Discovery subscription, contact one of our Solution Partners via our Partner Directory or your existing Atlassian Partner for details.
Request extension
If you need a further extension, contact our support team by going to your Jira discovery project; on the left panel, select Give feedback > Get help from the support team. In the text field, type in I require an extension to my trial and select Send feedback.
