Unable to link Story to a Dependency in Jira Align

Summary

When the Dependency is raised for a Program to an External Entity, there is no option to link the Story to this particular Dependency.

Solution

This is the expected behavior, if the dependency is from a Program to an External Entity, then the 'Assign Story' option will be invisible.
