Incomplete Epic list in Status Report Financial View in Jira Align

Summary

The Jira Align Portfolio Epic Status Report's Financial view isn't showing the complete list of epics, even though they appear fully in the Status view.

Solution

Follow the below steps to enable the full list of epics:

1. In JA, go to Portfolio > Reports > Status Reports

2. In the top right, click on 'View Financials', next click on 'Extra Configs'

3. The following screens show up, ensure Show Projects is set to 'YES'

Now the full list of epics will display in both Status and Financials views.
