In Jira Align, a user with the Product Owner Role is unable to add Features under a Capability

Summary

Users with the Product Owner role are not able to create a Feature from within the Capability details panel, but they can create a Feature from the overall create function.

Diagnosis

The Product Owner role had the Add toggle enabled for Features at the Program level.

Cause

The Add toggle was disabled for Capability at the Solution level for the Product Owner role

Solution

In order to be able to add features from within Capability:

• Navigate to Settings /Administration > Roles.

• Select Product Owner Role from the roles dropdown.

• Enable Addtoggle for Capabilities at the Solution level.
