Error when accessing the Portfolio Program Predictability Report in Jira Align
Summary
Even though the permission toggle ‘Portfolio -> Track -> Portfolio Program Predictability Report' is turned on for the user, when trying to access the 'Portfolio Program Predictability Report’, the below error is observed.
"You need more access to view this page"
Environment

Cause
Various Jira Align reports require that users are members of the related (or parent) level the organizational hierarchy (Portfolios / Programs., Teams etc) in addition to having the specific System Roles enabled.
Solution
In addition to enabling the permission toggle for the user role, it is necessary for the user who is logged in, and needs to access the 'Portfolio Program Predictability Report', to be a member of the Portfolio
