Select a storage

We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through an open beta program.

現在、Atlassian Government 環境ではバックアップと復元を利用できません。

You can choose to back up data to an Atlassian-owned storage or your organization’s Amazon S3. Depending on your organization’s requirements, you can decide to use one or both storage options based on these benefits.

Faster backups and restores

Backing up and restoring may take longer

More reliable because data is transferred within the Atlassian ecosystem.

Dependencies on external factors such as network and bandwidth may make backing up and restoring relatively less reliable.

Each backup is stored for 14 days. After 14 days, backups expire and can no longer be restored.

Each backup is stored for 30 days. After 30 days, backups can no longer be restored. Backup files remain available.
