Not Able to Unzip the Downloaded Installation Files

Symptoms

A pop-up is shown when trying to unzip the file:

1 2 3 4 5 6 Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.

Resolution

You need to use 7-Zip to unzip the file.
