How to check the number of used and remaining licenses and the users allowed to login in Fisheye/Crucible

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. Solution

Number of used and remaining licenses

  1. Browse to the <FISHEYE_URL>/admin/sysinfo.do URL or Administration > System Info

  2. Under License find the User limits field to view the number of total users allowed by your license and the number of remaining seats

Retrieve the users allowed to login

To retrieve the users who have permissions to access Fisheye or Crucible:

  1. Browse to the <FISHEYE_URL>/admin/userAdmin.do URL or Administration > Users

  2. Select fisheye-users (for Fisheye) or crucible-users (for Crucible) in the In group drop down and then select Filter

  3. After the filter has been applied, you will only see the users allowed to one or the other application
