Space directory shows only five spaces per page after upgrading to v7.13.1

Summary
After Confluence upgraded to v7.13.1, the space directory page shows only 5 rows (spaces) without a scroll-down bar, although pagination works fine.

Confluence 7.13.1
Diagnosis
No errors could be found in the Confluence logs.
Cause
This issue is caused due to plugin Ideation by SPECTRUM GROUPE.
Solution
The concerned plugin can be disabled and the issue will not occur.
