Files Opened with Office Connector Cannot be Saved

Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms

When using Windows 7 over SSL, Office Connector files cannot be saved. Note that Windows XP users are not affected.

Resolution

The certificate from Confluence must be saved into the "trusted root store" on the Windows client.
