Edit in Office Link for .docx File Attachments Does not Work with Firefox

Symptoms
In the View Page Attachment screen, the 'Edit in Office' link for *.docx file attachments does not work with Firefox.
Cause
Although WebDAV Launcher Firefox Add-on is installed, it only recognizes *.doc file attachments.
Resolution
In Firefox, click on
Tools >> WebDAV Launcher Options.In
File Extension, specify docx.In
Application Path, specify the path to WINWORD.EXE. In most cases, the same path specified for doc attachments is used.Click Add
Click Save
