Create Space Dialog Loads Indefinitely

Symptoms
Upon creating a space, the space type dialog appears but seems to load forever / freezes.
The following appears in the
atlassian-confluence.log:

MySQL server is configured to have NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO mode to be enabled.
Resolution
Open the MySQL configuration file
