Colour Scheme in Confluence is Not Working

Summary
Problem
After editing Confluence Colour theme via "Colour Scheme" from:
Confluence Administration > Look and Feel > Colour Scheme
Works fine when signed into the administration panel, however all/some other pages will go back to the default blue setting.
Diagnosis
Diagnostic Steps
Go to one of the space where the newly set Colour Scheme is not implemented
Go to Space Tools > Look and Feel > Colour Scheme
Is it set as "Global Colour Scheme" ?
If yes, proceed to Resolution
Cause
The newly set Colour Scheme does not applied to certain pages because the space where the page is from has a custom Colour Scheme configured already, thus overriding the one set in Global Colour Scheme

Resolution
Go to Space Tools
Click Look and Feel
Go to the tab Colour Scheme
Select the _Global Colour Scheme_ for the Global Colour Scheme to take impact. See screenshot below
