Cannot Add or Edit Content by Label Macro

Summary
Problem
Not able to add/edit Content by Label macro as there's no text field/options to edit and choose from.
Expected input while editing or inserting a new Content by Label macro.
Diagnosis
How to clear the apps (plugins) cache in Confluence Data Center and
How to Rebuild the Content Indexes From Scratch on Unclustered Confluence doesn't help.
This issue wasn't reproducible after enabling Disabling and enabling apps.
Cause
This issue was most probably caused by a third party plugin. One of it would be Scroll Platform by K15t Software GmbH that came with the Scroll Plugin Suite such as Scroll Office.
Solution
Resolution
Contact K15t and confirm if you're safe to disable Scroll Platform before making any changes.
