ERR SSL OBSOLETE CIPHER error after upgrading to Google Chrome 53 or later

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. Problem
After upgrading to Google Chrome 53 or higher, users are unable to access Bitbucket Server in the Chrome web browser and the following message is seen:

your.bitbucket_server_url.com uses an unsupported protocol
ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_CIPHER
Cause
As of Chrome version 53, DHE support was removed.
Resolution
Disable weak Ciphers in the application by following Security tools report the default SSL Ciphers are too weak.
