How to view the detailed test cases inside Bamboo buildresults

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. Summary
The purpose of this page is to help understand how to view the detailed test case results inside a Bamboo build result.
Environment
Any supported version of Bamboo.
Solution
There are two use cases here
Case 1 : If the plan is having just one single Job
We can view the detailed test case results by clicking on the build result number and then clicking the Tests tab and then clicking on the Job name ( see in the example below )
Case 2 : If the plan is having multiple Jobs
If this case if you click on build result number and then the tests tab, there will not be any link to view the detailed test results, see below
To view the detailed test results, click on the individual job name on the left side of the panel.
