This is caused by a bug fixed in versions 8.0.1, 8.1.1: BAM-21398 - Failure to start Bitbucket bundled plugin breaks repository integration.
Solution
Stop Bamboo
Delete the <Bamboo home>/shared/plugins/plugin.13014361253526886021.plugin-bamboo-1.32.13.jar file
Start Bamboo Back
Or update to Bamboo 8.0.1 / 8.1.1 or later
