What is the default behavior of the service limit emails sent for Automation for Jira and who at the customer side receives these emails?
Solution
Email notifications are sent to the customers to inform them when they are nearing service limits in Automation.
By default, the email notifications are sent to the admins who manage the rules. Currently there is no hard limit for the email notification, though you can only receive a maximum of 3 emails per month when you hit 50%, 90% and 100% of the service limit.
