Resolve inline comments being only viewable when editing a page in Confluence Cloud

Diagnosis
If there are no unpublished changes, check if the text with the inline comment is inside a third-party macro.
With the inline comment while editing feature, inline comments added to a page while in edit will not appear until the page is published, which is expected.
The issue is reproducible when the text is in the macro(s) below.
