There are two starter dashboards for Opsgenie:
Alert MTTA/R
Alert Analytics
This dashboard shows the mean time to acknowledge / recovery (MTTA/R) metrics and charts for the alerts created over a specified period of time. Note that this dashboard only considers closed alerts when calculating the metrics. This helps ensure a common set of alerts over all the charts.
You can filter all charts by the “Calendar” control labeled Current date interval, teams, message, tags, and priority.

The number of alerts closed
You can also filter this chart by integration, elapsed time to acknowledge, and elapsed time to close.
Percentage of closed alerts
The percentage of alerts that were closed compared to the total number of alerts
You can also filter this chart by integration, elapsed time to acknowledge, and elapsed time to close.
Mean time to acknowledge
The average time it takes to acknowledge received alerts (calculated for the closed alerts)
You can also filter this chart by elapsed time to acknowledge and elapsed time to close.

Daily mean time to acknowledge
The average time it takes to acknowledge alerts per day
By default, the average time is shown in hours, but you can use the “Dropdown” control labeled Time aggregation to change it to minutes or seconds.

The average time it takes to resolve alerts per day
By default, the average time is shown in hours, but you can use the “Dropdown” control labeled Time aggregation to change it to minutes or seconds.

This dashboard breaks down the alerts sent over a specified period of time.
You can filter all charts by the created date, message, tags, priority, status, integration, alert ID, alert details key, alert details value, elapsed time to acknowledge, and elapsed time to close.
